Private individuals always have a 14-day right of cancellation on stocked products when you shop from 3Dpart Nordic AB. For returns, you need to send back the item in original condition and in unbroken packaging.

Reimbursement for your order will be made via our partner Billmate AB and will take up to 10 days from when the return has arrived at 3Dpart Nordic AB.
When returning, register your case in our portal within 14 days of your order, when the case is registered, update us with the return's tracking number and which logistics company.
Note that you as a consumer are responsible for the products until 3Dpart Nordic AB receives the return. You as the customer are responsible for the shipping cost on the return.

When you shop at 3Dpart Nordic AB, you always have a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
In the event of a return or complaint, contact us via our portal with your order reference.
The guarantee applies to production defects, note that the guarantee does not apply to handling errors or damage that has occurred to the product through negligence or natural wear and tear.
If your product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery, you must report the product to us within 10 days.
