ASA - Acrylonitrile styrene acrylate
Is a UV-resistant material that is the obvious choice for 3D prints to be used outdoors.
ASA is related to ABS and is a strong, durable filament that is relatively easy to print with. We stock well-known brands from, for example, 3Dxtech, Azurefilm, Fiberlogy etc.
Advantages of ASA filament
- Heat resistance up to approx. 94C
- Resistant to moisture
- Robust and resistant to mechanical wear
- Does not smell bad when printing (compared to ABS)
