Manufacturers served	Ultimaker, Flashforge, Intamsys, Craftbot, Prusa, Creatbot, Raise3d, Formbot, Creality, Anycubic, Sunlu, Qiditech, Printrite and more
Hourly rate 1	Machines with a value under 30K SEK Without service agreement: 850 SEK/H (excluding VAT) With service agreement: 650 SEK/H (excluding VAT)
Hourly rate 2	Machines with a value over 30K SEK Without service agreement: 1050 SEK/H (excluding VAT) With service agreement: 850 SEK/H (excluding VAT)
On-site repair	Available, with additional delivery fees
Repairs at the company	Accepted at our service center
Estimated time required	Basic service: about 1-2 hours Repair: approx. 1-5 hours depending on the error, please contact us with a description of the error for a price quote and to book service or repair your 3D printer.
Payment terms	Payment is made upon completion of the service.
