Description
3DXstat ESD PEI
is a high-quality filament adapted for industrial use. The filament has ESD protective properties with a surface resistivity of 10^7-10^9 Ohm.
PEI has high resistance to heat, chemicals and is durable in mechanical applications. PEI is also flame retardant and self-extinguishing in the event of a fire.
The material is made of PEI from SABIC.
For extra strength, models can be hardened after printing by 1/ Allow the model to cool
2/ Heat the model at about 150C for 1 hour
3/after 1 hour increase the temperature to 205 degrees for another 1 hour
4/ Lower the temperature to 150c for 30min.
5/ Turn off the heat/oven and let the model cool until it reaches room temperature.
