3DXstat PEI ESD(polyether imide)
is primarily designed for applications where ESD protection is needed, PEI is also one of the most durable materials on the market, Manufactured by ULTEM from Sabic. It is a high-quality filament adapted for industrial use. The filament has ESD protective properties with a surface resistivity of 10^7-10^9 Ohm.
3DXstat boasts extremely high performance in the industry. PEI is used when very high mechanical properties are required. PEI also performs at high temperatures (TG: 217C!), is flame retardant and has high resistance to chemicals.

PEI has high resistance to heat, chemicals and is durable in mechanical applications. PEI is also flame retardant and self-extinguishing in the event of a fire.
The material is made of PEI9085 from SABIC.
For extra strength, models can be hardened after printing by 1/ Allow the model to cool
2/ Heat the model at about 150C for 1 hour
3/after 1 hour increase the temperature to 205 degrees for another 1 hour
4/ Lower the temperature to 150c for 30min.
5/ Turn off the heat/oven and let the model cool until it reaches room temperature.
