CARBONX PEI9085 CF15 carbon fiber 500g

CarbonX PEI+CF15 is manufactured on Sabic Ultem and also has a carbon fiber reinforcement of 15%. It offers the same performance as other PEIs but the advantage is that printed models become more rigid and provide an extended dimensional stability during and after printing
PEI-CF performs even in high temperatures (TG: 217C!), is flame-resistant and has a high resistance to chemicals.

ThemaX PEI 9085 can boast of its extremely high performance in the industry. PEI is used when very high mechanical properties are required. PEI also performs at high temperatures (TG: 186C!), is flame retardant and has a high resistance to chemicals.

PEI is one of the few 3D printer filaments that are certified and approved for use in, for example, the aviation and defense industry. Compared to metal, PEI offers weight savings and enables complex 3D models. PEI Ultem passes the requirements of, for example , FAR 25.853 and OSU 65/65
